Dom has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2019. His previous background was in Operations Management and Customer Services in the tourism industry learning key skills which he brings to his current role. He develops close relationships with his clients and is very good at putting people at ease and taking some of the seriousness out of life due to his friendly and helpful personality.
Dom prides himself on going the extra mile for his clients whether it’s arranging a mortgage, planning for retirement or any other aspect of their financial lives.

Other than providing top notch advice, Dom’s main aim is to take the boredom out of anything in life making him a great person to deal with. Outside of work, you can usually find Dom playing his banjo or going on adventures with his family.
Niall Whitehouse
Niall has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2015. He develops close relationships with his clients to ensure he is offering the best advice and support to suit their circumstances. He prides himself on going the extra mile to make the advice process as stress free and smooth as possible. He offers tailored advice to his Pension & Investment clients and meets with them regularly to keep them up to date.

Other than enjoying helping his clients, outside of work, you can usually find Niall on the golf course hacking the ball and having fun.
Stephanie Cope
Stephanie has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2020. She is dedicated to providing the personal touch and making the process as easy as possible.
Stephanie advises on Mortgages, Protection, Pensions, Investments, Company Pensions, Equity Release and Wills.
Other than taking pride in assisting her clients, outside of work, Steph can usually be found with her family. You’re very likely to bump into her in either her running gear or equestrian attire.
Alice Whitehouse
Alice began her career in Financial Services in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Customer Services Management, Sales and Tourism Operations. This background has shaped her people-first approach — she genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and finding the right solutions for them.
Alice specialises in Mortgages and Protection, with detailed knowledge across the full range of protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and family income benefit.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys quality time with family and friends, and embraces the outdoors through wild swimming and adventures both at home and abroad.
